1. Who We Are

M1LL3NN1UM is a Gen X gaming clan and stream crew operating under the GENX → NEXT banner. We publish original field dispatches (blog articles), stream multi-platform gaming sessions, host highlight reels, and run browser-based Arcade Lab experiments. We are not a commercial game publisher and do not claim to ship third-party titles.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a general audience interested in gaming culture, streams, and industry commentary. You must be old enough under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Site and any third-party platforms we link to (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord, and similar services).

Original text, graphics, branding, site design, and Arcade Lab experiments published by M1LL3NN1UM are owned by us or licensed to us, unless otherwise noted. You may share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish full articles or clone the Site without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and games

Game titles, logos, screenshots, and related marks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. References are for commentary, criticism, news reporting, and fan discussion. We do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by those rights holders unless we explicitly say so.

User submissions

If you send us messages, enlist data, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that material only as needed to operate the Site, respond to you, and improve our community operations. Do not send confidential or proprietary material you are not authorized to share.

5. Streams, Embeds, and Third-Party Services

The Site may embed or link to third-party services, including but not limited to Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord, Streamlabs, StreamElements, and Google (Analytics, AdSense, Fonts). 7. Arcade Lab and Experimental Features

Browser games and experiments in the Arcade Lab are provided for entertainment "as is." High scores, progress, and similar data may be stored only in your browser unless we state otherwise. We make no guarantees of uptime, save compatibility, or multiplayer fairness for these experiments.
